Bridgelux claimed that the product series, including 2835 and COB, violates Bridgelux United States Patent US 6,869,812, US 8,567,988, US 8,256,929 and US 8,092,051. Bridgelux invest a lot of research and product development in LED technology, formed Bridgelux's intellectual property rights and to protect Bridgelux products patent portfolio.
